Keep in mind that this is for asking questions... Not complain about food. On the bottom or top of your receipt there is a website that you can go to to review and complain about your order I would recommend to do that. Or the other great idea I have for you is if they served you cold food be assertive and bring the food back to the cashier and let them know it's cold. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you a new order.
I know, i do not like that place because of that. They are really lazy and don't care about their customers.
