Tyrone Fletcher, If you are just getting tabs or plates at the Robbinsdale DMV you do not need to make an appointment. But you will have to stand in line and wear a mask inside and outside while you wait your turn to get indoors. They are only taking one person at a time inside for them. But for any other like changing titles, etc you do need to call and make an appt for that stuff. I was just there Tuesday with my sister. I had to stay outside once she went in to get her tabs. They open at 8am and close at 4pm. Hope this helps you..
