They are open Thursday, Friday, Saturday. They stop selling tickets at 10. I thought the fast pass was totally worth it. They change the whole thing up every year. Their best scares they run again the next year.

It is open currently. I was told they change the layout every year. It was especially fun when I went last weekend!
