Since I can't post a complaint, I will make it in the form of a question. Why do your employees consistently fail to give hot sauce at your drive-up window, even when I specifically ask for it?

If it's extra it should come in a portion sized container specifically for the amount "extra" it's so the business doesn't lose money and they're not over giving their product

I notice that they charge me for extra nacho cheese but it's never on my potato oles. Yes why is that?
