Why is the woman on the phone always so rude and monotone? Also when I order my pizza well done and she is working she will not do it. Any other times I order a well done pizza from them it exactly that. Anyone else have this experience?

Maybe she doesn't comprehend "well done?" I associate those words with a steak. I have been eating at their buffet for years and not have had a problem with any of their associates.

No I haven't. I've always had good service and great food.
