I believe Friday night's for prime rib, catfish & all.
Thursday is omelet and regular buffet
I know they have steak on Friday nights and seafood buffet on Saturday nights and have a good lunch buffet on Sunday lunch. Not sure about the rest of the week though.
I am pretty certain it goes from Thursday evening through Sunday.
