Call them such as your question and and thing as to do with in their business. When addressing a question don't use the pronoun YOU! use THEM OR THEY. The people that work at the business do not for most part don't access these question bases.
They might have at salad bar area
I'm not sure if they have exactly that premade but, you can get custom salads made.
