They do have SOS. It's not the heavy, flour loaded version that I prefer, but my daughter loves it. Their version is more of a thin gravy style. I like mine over home fries, but Norma J's does fried cubed potatoes instead of the sliced and fried potatoes. My daughter likes it over toast and swears it's the best SOS in town. If you're on the fence about the SOS, I recommend the sausage gravy over biscuits.
My kids like the SOS but really like the sausage gravy too.
