Summer time. They have first bloom in the end of June - beginning/mid of July. Second bloom in august. You need to check the website about updates. It is different from year to year

Spring thru end of summer. Besides the lavender fields, they sell a variety of lavender products as well. One of my favorite places to go to. The fields are beautiful and serene.
