Not the fist complaint about off shifts.... they have very few people to take responsibility seriously. There had to be a manager on duty and they should have not allowed this. If there was an issue of why they closed early they should have told you.
I would find out who was the on duty supervisor or General manager and tell them exactly what happened and what time and date. If that doesn't work id go above them and contact Taco Bell themselves. They think they can do this and as long as you as a consumer lets them then nothing will ever get done. I always complain if its bad service no matter where and do just the opposite if the service is good.
