The service was non existent when we were there, we went up to counter to order, not friendly staff at all. After all that chaos, it changed our minds and we left for somewhere more enjoyable.
Its a reflection of their managers. They don't take care of the winery client needs. Treat people like a dollar instead of respect
They apparently always have awful service. We had the same kind of atrocious experience.
