Is this a good place for an after-work happy hour with 15 or so people in the winter?

depends on the time. between 5 and 9, itll be no trouble, everyone will get a seat. after 9 might be tricky. but there are 3-4 tables that seat 8, plus smaller ones that seat 4, and then the bar. my work group of 10 always comes here.
