Definitely call the store and they will make it.
Hello Mary Beth, I work in produce, I assume that cannoli cake would be in Bakery, but if they do not have it already pre-made I'm sure they would make it up for you. Your best bet though before traveling to the store is to call the store ask for the bakery department and ask for their cannoli cake beforehand.
