We went to Zoo Boo last Thursday. Aside from one family, everyone was masked. There were hardly any people there, and distancing was easy. We are still sheltering at home, so I was anxious about this event, but the zoo did a great job of keeping it safe.
I am in the same situation as Elizabeth above, and feel that they were doing everything right at the zoo. They only permit a certain number of people every day, so you'll have to buy tickets in advance online. The number of people that they allow results in natural social distancing given the size of the zoo
I am high risk as my immune system is compromised. I wore my mask at all times and everyone I saw had them as well. The bathrooms are open for hand washing and there's hand sanitizer all around the zoo. You could use a face shield, as I did, for extra protection.
They have mandatory masks, most areas are outdoors, and they have constant reminders to social distance. They also have signs for high touch areas so you either know not to touch them or sanitize after
