Can confirm the McCarter family is not leasing volunteer this season. I heard it will be ran by a gentleman that use to help Mr. Turner way back in the day. They will run, schedule is TBD, unfortunately I I agree with you that the turn out will be lacking due to 411 running a full slate every weekend. 411 kicked off the season today.

Through the grape vine it's said that the McCarter family isn't running Volunteer this year. So im assuming Volunteer isn't opening in 2019. Also if Volunteer ends up opening this year I also assume they won't have a good driver outcome because the McCarters are running every weekend at 411 this year and I think all the drivers will go there.
