store only has 1 phone line so if a customer is placing an order or even on hold while the front cashier is dealing with walk in customers that came in before the phone began to ring then you will always get a busy dial tone. 5-7 are some of the busiest hours for pizza restaurants so I suggest if you cannot order by phone order online.they have a "pizza portal" for online orders and when you arrive to pick up your order you dont even have to wait in line of communicate to the staff if you do not want to,just put in your code and your order is ready for you in a heated compartment. mo wait and no fuss
