apparently I cant have it my way. Fries and Chicken fries are cold. I is really the point of the fast food restaurants if they just don't care what they give a paying customer.

If you do aske for fresh hot food we give it to you. But if are being a child and rude to use we will take a little longer because we have other customers to attend. And yeah always ask for the manager they pretty chill.

You should have asked to speak with a manager (not sure if you did) and told them about your complaint. The manager is pretty nice and if you are too I bet you not only would have gotten hot chicken fingers and fries but a free dessert. It doesn't hurt to try.
