Directions Keep frozen. Empire Turkey Breast instructions: Rinse defrost turkey breast with cold water and pat dry. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove turkey breast from wrapper and place turkey breast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Rub a small amount of oil or margarine on breast to help it brown evenly. Roast breast uncovered for about 17 minutes per pound until juices run clear and a meat thermometer inserted at the thickest part of the breast, without touching the bone, reads 170 degrees F.
