No fishing in snow canyon state park but there are several other places to fish within a half an hours drive of the park.

There is no fishing inside Snow Canyon State Park. As there's no regular streams or lakes. On the way to the park, down in the city they have some small fishing ponds. But I don't know if there any fish in them currently. They are usually restocked each spring.
Yes there is a pond by the park.
I don't remember seeing any lakes or streams while I was last there.
