So to get to the buffet you have to cut through the casino, can you make it through if your not 21 or is there another entrance?

Yes you can walk through the casino if you're under 21 you just can't touch or play the machines. My children walked through all the time.

If your with an adult that is over 21 there shouldn't be a problem.
