The new manager had the evening team speaking to every customer coming through the doors and the food was very good, I enjoyed watching them work as a team.
It's takes 45 minuets to get a box of chicken, I think they need to change the crew or the management. This takes forever and even if the chicken is good, @janiceJuarbe, it may not be with the wait

They prepare their chicken from scratch.. it worth the wait! The best of the best!
Nothing wrong with this place, if you wait too long, TELL them, they are all about service and will try hard to make it worth your while!
Ya I thought we're the only one who noticed that but it's worth the wait tho! Popeyes chicken is the shiznit!
This is literally the only popeye's that has made such awful reviews. From giving the wrong things in almost all orders, opening late and closing early, all the way to spending 45 minutes to put already prepared food into a box. Anyone that's been to popeye's knows it's a fast food joint and that they have people cooking while others are putting orders together from the food bar in the middle of the kitchens.
