Absolutely! We normally weigh your container beforehand (so you only pay for the bulk goods) and you can fill them with all individually with our bulk flour, herbs, spices, teas and more! If possible, just write the PLU# on the container so we can make sure and give you the correct price. If there is something that we do not carry, we can always look into special ordering for you!
I will add to that if they don't have something you are looking for, they will see about getting it for you. ;)
