Its because they just don't give a damn. It's the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and it needs to be shut down .... who is the owner
I think the machine is often really broken. Other McDonalds have difficulty with their machines too. But, sometimes it is either out of order because no one filled it with mix or because it is in its chill-down process. Who goes to McDonalds for frozen dessert anyway!?!
It is because it takes hours to clean every day, and it is taken apart and being sterilized. Technically, in those moments, it doesn't function, so it's broken
