They have a grill and picnic tables and walking trails. There are restrooms but I am not sure that they are always open. I don't believe they have any of the other things you asked about.
The trails are dog-friendly, though bringing your own bags for cleanup is a must. There are restrooms in the historic buildings, although I don't know about when they are open. I don't recall seeing water fountains, but there may be one in the historic buildings. No playground and no baseball. The park is really about the historic buildings and history of the land there. They have informational signs about the history of the land/buildings. There is a large open field between the historic buildings and it is surrounded by wooden fencing. There may be security cameras on and near the historic buildings, but not on the trails (that I've observed).
Dog walking yes... Restrooms yes... Grill and picnic tables... No playground or soccer fields but not too far down there is... Its a great walking place... And amazing picture taking place
