Why can't I contact the bowlero, sayville directly. I want to find out if they allow league members to pre-bowl on Sunday! Phone number is for booking parties and extension numbers only. Very frustrating!

Pre and post bowls are based on the leagues agreement. Always give them a call in advance before heading over. The Front Desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. Yes you have to follow the prompt but small price to pay for a reassurance.

When ever I press 9 it doesn’t work it’s annoying

You have to press option 9 to get to the front desk. You should be able to prebowl at 10 am on Sundays because they have a early double league so lights are on for that.
