I am a regular customer here too, and i have never had any issues with the drivers or the in-store staff members, amd believe me when i tell you i am a very critical customer and British too! This may have been a one-off incident and your friend needs to take the right action in making a complaint to the Manager or Franchisor for this store, and I am sure they will take it seriously and resolve the matter accordingly. I have nor eason to defend this store, other than I order from here almost every week and yes as with any business they have had problems such as late delivery just once, or missing item which also happened once. And on both occasions i complained to the Manager and I recived conplimentary food/refund. So before trying ti sabotage someones business over your friends statement, just try and resolve it with them directly first. Believe me iv had more issues at Cheesecake Factory and Millers than at Dominos!
I have been a customer here for years. I have never had a single problem with any of the employees. From the delivery drivers, to the in store employees, they are always polite, respectful and kind.
What happened? I'm a frequent customer at this location.
