Do you have gluten pastries?,, (special orders?)

Hi Joseph, Thanks for your question. We have a few items which are Gluten Free (non-certified, baked in a facility that processes wheat). We have Bread, Pizza Crusts, Apple Pie (Frozen), Macaron (Sucanant sweetened). We can special order gluten free breads with Cherry Pecan, for example, but require minimum orders. They have spelt items and some of the small pastries in the country like the macaroon's are gluten free.. ib would check with them for sure.

I suggest calling the bakery
