Normally between 145 or 2 am. And there is paid parking in the lot, or if you come a little earlier you can find parking on the street.

Parking is free on weekends on the street. There isn't much space in their lot. The best bet is to find free parking on the street after 6 p.m. They close between 1:45 a.m and 2 a.m
