I'm trying to call them to see what their wait time is if you drop off your laundry and the phone won't even ring it hangs up right away. Does anyone know how long the wait is on the one on main street here in springfield

It all depends on how many orders we have, and there's no phone, there's a landline but they need to get a new phone the last one broke. Your best bet is to walk in and see how many orders they have, your clothes will get washed then dryed right away when dropped off but they get folded in the order they come in and the beginning of the months are usually pretty busy cause the loads are so big.

I believe they open as soon as 6 am and close at midnight. But yes, the drop off service is still available
