How come Poto doesn't publish their payback on the slot machines like all the casinos in Vegas do? Is it because if we really knew what the % was we wouldn't come to this casino? Most casino's give back 98%. What does Poto give back?

They don't tell anyone about the paybacks on the slots because they don't have to. Thanks to our moron governor, they only have to pay 80% back which sucks. And they get a fine when the payout is below that level, but they figured out that what they make covers the fines and then some.
