My mother is a frequent player and she gets them every month. Whereas I only go there twice a year and will only receive mailings after I have visited.
I would go in and speak to someone next time u go at the front desk. I finally just started getting mine again after months of not getting the monthly bulletin by mail
They may stop after a certain amount of time if you haven't gambled for a while. Although mine was about 16 months and I was still receiving them. Call and check with them.
I don't recieve them but my boyfriend does. It's weird. So that's a good question.
