You can definitely ask someone local to ship it for you. The mill probably won't be able to as they are usually very busy. And I've looked into is for myself and it's nearly 100$+ just for 2 gallons to send across country. I realize this is a 2 year old comment. But I'm just answering for anyone else who wants to know in the future.

I don't know whether they ship or not. I rather think not because the cider is so fresh amd had no preservatives. Call and ask.
It depends on the country's laws. Some will let you as long as its sealed properly but if its just here in U.S. then its fine
