This (Google maps) is not for communicating with the business in question. It is a way to get feedback and help from other private users like yourself. There's always a small possibility that the business may be monitoring Google, but by and large you're reaching users. If you want to know a particular company policy, the users are not the best source. They may be giving you an honest best guess or their answer may have been correct once upon a time, but maybe the company has since changed their policy. So while it's convenient (at least for you) and all kinds of high-tech to post your query here, you'd stand a much better chance of getting a correct answer if you'd simply go old school/low-tech and pick up the phone and call the business whose policy you want to know.
