Why don't they pick up the phones every time we wanna order to go.... at least a dozen times now we just went some place else not sure if I'm ever calling again or recommending

I work there we had to close do to having a lot of catering orders sorry for the inconvenience

Hard to do when they don't pick up a phone and as I drove by to get dinner some place else..... that's not busy that's lazy staff

No idea, they are busy, they need to address that question directly.
