We were up in the plane about 45 minutes after jump instruction
It took us about 3 hours after we checked in, but that's because we had to wait for the clouds to pass twice. The prejump instructions were mostly given in the airplane itself, actually.
It took us approximately 2 hours from when we checked in to get harnessed and it was about 15 minutes from then to boarding the plane. They were very busy when we went! It was non-stop for the instructors.
The website tells you to allow for a 2-4 hour window out of your day. It says this to manage expectations as the weather is the main reason operates could run behind.
Agreed. Somewhat depends on how busy things are, but there is very little "down time". As soon as the plane is empty from the previous group, you will load up and go. We were about 15-20 minutes between harness, check, and loading the plane. The website says you should plan on 3-4 hours total time, but when we were out there a week ago we were in, jumped, and leaving within about 2 hours.
It does vary a bit. I was there about 3 hrs. But it's definitely worth it. Great people and service!!!
I'm sure it varies some, but we watched a 15 minute video, then waited about 20 minutes to suit up, and then waited about 20 minutes for others to jump and for the plane to come back for us 🙂
