It's really a hit or miss there. Sometimes they are packed sometimes it is empty. I would book one just to be safe but most likely you won't need one unless it's a big party.

I didn't when I went with a party of 4 at 6pm on a friday. But it did fill up after we got there.

It depends on the day and hour you want to go. From 7 to 9 there would be probably lots of people, and you may need to wait.

It really depends on whether you are trying to go during the end of day ski rush or if it's a busy weekend because of an event at Killington. Also, if you have a group larger than 4 people it's smart to get a reservation. There isn't a lot of waiting room inside other than at the bar so I would at least call ahead.
