I would talk to them. They'll make it right.
We have never had an issue, actually our preferred location. I am sure there is an explanation. Give them a chance to make the correction. Please call the mgr to discuss, they are great to work with. I have placed orders from out of state for local friends to pick up and they have always been vey accommodating.

I've had trouble there, at Brunner's, and Tim Horton's in Boston. Employees just don't care anymore.
