I would think it would be if you have a motorized wheelchair but it'very hilly and wouldn't think it would work well with a normal wheelchair that you'd have to push. The main Lodge, the arts & crafts center and the splash pad would all be accessible via wheelchair.
Yes we actually stayed in one of the handicap accessible cabins the bathroom in it was well equipped and the living area was easy enough to navigate
Yes, would be a hassle if you don't have motorized. Would recommend that you could also rent a motorized cart in advance.
