Buffalo water lol, some days taste like pool water ,others it's ok. Definitely invest in filtration system. Maybe not washing out the pots or didn't put right amount of coffee in, I get weak coffee alot at Tim Hortons, but so many locations you can easily go to another, still McDonald's for a $1 is good deal
Most likely the main difference is the cleanliness of the machine. Considering they all get the same pre-portioned coffee, really hard to mess it up. Other reasonable guess, water quality. This can make a big difference as well.
