I’ve been getting their Reuben weekly for almost 2 yrs during my wkly trips to Hopkins because they were the best!! But the past 2 times it was soggy, had too much sauerkraut, hardly no dressing and it was all balled up in the middle!! What happened?

They will always remake a sandwich if you are not satisfied. I always stand at the pick up counter and watch them make my sandwich. I am quick to ask them to add more dressing or less coleslaw and they do it with a smile.

I have no idea. I guess u will have to tell them how to fix ur food. An explain the situation to them. I don't work there... So sorry

I never had the ruben i always get the beed hot dog with shave beed on top.....just watch them make your sandwich and tell them how u want it

You probably just had some bad luck. I would try again and see if it is better. If not, let the manager know so that the problem can be resolved.
