They change it everyday. Pizza and salad are always on it. Usually one soup. One or two pasta dishes. And two/three kinds of meat/fish/seafood.
As Kevin said, they change it daily but always have pizza, a very nice salad bar, pasta, meats, and also a dessert.
Lots of great items and changes often
When I was there they had pasta noodles, a couple of pasta sauce options, meatballs, pizza, salad options.
