Do you have to call and reserve a cook out area ??

I believe it's first come.. we saw several open tables and grills during our visit Memorial day weekend.

Thanks for contacting us! If you are looking for a picnic shelter (covered) area, you would need to make a reservation by calling 1.888.432.2267 or visiting parkreservations.maryland.gov. We also have uncovered tables and grills that are first come, first served.

I would call the owner and ask for specific locations based on the size of the group your bringing. The camp pads can accommodate easily 4 people with the grill setup they have there.
