Can I purchase your amber dog beer at the brewery that has not been refigerated. I want to transport it and do not have a way to keep it cool.

Your best bet is to find it at a local liqour store in the 24oz bottles. I can't speak to any custom support you may receive at the brewery, but the brewery serves cold growlers straight from the tap and the beer types cycle often.

We don’t bottle any of our beer, so that is not an option. All of our beer is kept under refrigeration from the time it comes out of the tank until it is served, so there is no step in the process where we could pull room temperature beer for you. As long as you only allow your growler to warm up to room temperature and not get hot, and you chill it before drinking, it should survive the one-time temperature change without having a noticeable impact on the flavor of the beer.
