As others have said, if you keep them on a leash, yes. There is also a small fenced in dog area close to the back of the park. Once you've entered the park, keep going straight on the "main" road. The road will curve to the right. After a bit, you should see the dog play area on the right. (I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure they don't need to be on a leash while inside the fence.)
