Just wondering why Loves and Arby's has so many convicts and drug addicts working for them: I can't understand why a any place that's decent don't drug test their employees and why they can walk around carrying vape and doing while working.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Random drug testing provides people, who may be suspect, an opportunity to make their own opportunity back into the work a day world. As a driver, I've nothing to hide but, I understand that people can make mistakes. Thanks for a hot accurate meal and a clean shower.

They do drug test people need a second chance as far as vapeing they don't do in the store so it's just like cigarettes don't be judgemental unless you're GOD have a nice day
