Wow, ive never had that problem with the big mac before, when I've ordered them they were always hot and delicious. I've been asked to pull forward in the drive thru ,but my food has always been hot Very speedy service.
Yes they are very slow and yes the food is always flipping cold when you get it . Went there this evening and just ordered a kids meal 4 piece nuggets very cold , fries were even colder I really don't care for McDonald's in this town . Yes the drinks are always sloppy running down the sides of the cup . And try eating nuggets without any sauce never asked if I wanted any sauce and I told them BBQ sauce and never got it at all. Piss poor food and piss poor service .
They're very slow always forget to put food in the bag that we ordered and then it is cold when we get it that's nasty
