If they mess up your order, you need to address the issue. Say something you are paying for it. You are the one eating it. There is a phone number on every receipt you can let them know how your experience was. Also ask to speak to a manager or shift leader, there is usually one around. Let them know, so they can fix the problem.
Because service is based on the talent of the staff working. The talent pool in the desert is more of a puddle.
Let the manager know whats happening with that. On every receipt there is a phone number and a number of the restaurant on top of the receipt. If you dont say some thing they wont know if the employees are doing a good job for you.
