Sounds about right. Wal-Mart has went way past downhill for quite awhile now. Wal-Mart used to be the place to go but it's a shame the way it has been run into the ground by greed
Walmart forces you to deal directly with their vendors to return items purchased online. They do not stand behind the products they sell. If they don't trust a vendor they should not sell for them.
No customer service at Wal-Mart anymore . Those days are over . It's a shame .
