It's only stale after a week in the fridge. But no it's fresh always, and super tasty
This is the only Indian restaurant my family will go to. Everything comes out fresh, made to order, every time. We'll try new Indian restaurants when they open, but we always come back to Taj. I have been following the owners ever since they came to Louisville from Texas back in the 1980's. They know all of our children and grandchildren. No, never stale.
Taj Palace is the best Indian restaurant in Louisville, hands down. Nothing stale about it!
