6 am. Yes breakfast buffet everyday. But buffet is bigger on the weekends.
On Wednesdays, they have breakfast buffets all day. I would recommend Shoney's over most restaurants.
Love Shoney's breakfast buffet which opens at 6 on Signature Drive, don't know about other locations.
I personally would not recommend Shoney's breakfast
